Ovulation dysfunction 

Ovulation dysfunction is usually revealed by menstrual disorders. The following procedure is required for the menstrual cycle check – up:

  1. History of the menstrual cycle (frequency and duration of the menstrual period).
  2. Progesterone count of the 21st – 23rd day of the cycle through blood test.
  3. Ultrasound monitoring of ovulation.
  4. Biopsy of endometrium (in certain cases).
Pregnancy is the only actual evidence of ovulation.
