San Francisco, November 2008

Between the 8th and 12th November 2008, the annual conference of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) was held in San Fransisco, where all the major recent scientific advances were presented and matters of ethics as well as new techniques of assisted reproduction were discussed.
Dr Leonidas Mamas presented the results of a six-year clinical application of the new insemination method, intrauterine tuboperitoneal insemination. The optimistic results caused much interest among the attendants. The technique has been adapted and used by many IVF centres around the world.

Athens, May 2009

The Greek Obstetrics and Gynecology Society organized the 11th Panhellenic conference on Obstetrics and Gynecology in Athens between the 28th and 31st May 2009. Many advances in obstetrics, gynecology and human reproduction were presented.

Dr Leonidas Mamas gave a very interesting talk on intrauterine tuboperitoneal sperm insemination together with sperm pooling for cases of male subfertility.

Munich, September 2010

The 20th International conference of the internation federation of fertility societies (IFFS0 was held in Munich in September 2010. Among the conference delegates there were many fertility specialties, who exchanged views and presented topics relevant to their field.
Dr Mamas presented his study entitled: «Intrauterine tuboperitoneal insemination (IUTPI): A new method of intrauterine insemination – results from 1000 cycles.»

Athens, September 2010

The European Academy of Andrology and the Greek Society of Andrology organised the 6th European Andrology Conference in Athens between the 29th September and 1st October 2010. Many interesting studies on andrology were presented that covered all the important aspects of the field as well as the latest scientific advances to improve clinical practice.
Dr Leonidas Mamas presented the study entitled: «The use of sperm pooling for severe male factor infertility with intrauterine tuboperitoneal insemination.»

Athens, December 2010

The 4th Panhellenic Conference of Fertility and Sterility was held in Athens between the 10th and 12th December 2010 with a great success and interesting talks. Dr Leonidas Mamas presented his study entitled: «Intrauterine tuboperitoneal insemination (IUTPI): A new method of intrauterine insemination – results from 1000 cycles.»

The British Royal College of Obstetric and Gynecology together with the Greek Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology organised its 9th International Conference in Athens between the 28th and 30th September 2011.
Specialists on the field from around the world presented highly interesting topics that covered all aspects of obstetrics, gynecology and reproduction.
Dr Leonidas Mamas gave a talk entitled: “The use of sperm pooling for mild male factor infertility with intrauterine tuboperitoneal insemination”.
