Diagnosis and treatment of infertility 

At the couple’s first visit, both wife and husband are thoroughly examined and a complete medical history is taken where all previous fertility or other treatments should be mentioned. In this way, the diagnosis will be established and further tests will be decided which will determine the best treatment for the couple individually. The choice of treatment will also be affected by age, infertility duration and previous treatments, if any. Finally, the existing methods of assisted reproduction will be explained (Intrauterine insemination - IUI, Fallopian tube sperm perfusion – FSP, Intrautero-tubo-peritoneal insemination IUTPI – Standard  IVF. Micromanipulation ICSI), as well as the success rate of each method.
