This may be due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Sterilization<\/li><li>blockage of the vas deferens<\/li><li>incomplete spermatozoa development.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These are treated with puncture using a fine needle of either the epididymis (Microepididymal sperm aspiration \u2013 MESA) or the testes (testicular sperm aspiration \u2013 TESA).
